Home grown and cultivated in the beautiful state of Colorado, Mountain Standard Time is not your ordinary bluegrass band. Although, they have strong roots tied to the bluegrass community, they have created a sound that pushes the boundaries of traditional bluegrass music. The band has chosen to incorporate a sax, big drums, electrical bass, and other electric effects to give them that big band sound capped with there own unique style.
